Please note that these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy, form the entire agreement between you and VentureTemp. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not limited or excluded by any of these Terms.

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, but colours and sizes may vary slightly. The accuracy of product images is not guaranteed and may vary depending on your display settings. Product descriptions are provided for general reference only and do not constitute a legal guarantee. We reserve the right to limit sales or quantities of products at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders and Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse any order, limit or cancel quantities purchased, and restrict sales to certain regions. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other options shown at checkout. Pre-orders and backorders may be subject to delays or cancellation, in which case you will be notified and eligible for a refund. For pre-order items, you will be charged at the time of order placement. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance of your offer and formation of the contract occur when we send you an order confirmation email.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. VentureTemp is not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by customers. As required by the Australian Consumer Law, the risk in the goods passes to you when we deliver the goods to the carrier. We are not liable for any delays caused by couriers once your order has left our warehouse.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which provides statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy. Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, subject to conditions outlined in the policy. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection of returned items. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major product failure and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

7. Warranty and Liability

Some VentureTemp products may include a limited warranty (e.g., heating elements). Warranty details are provided on relevant product pages. We are not liable for misuse, neglect, unauthorised repairs, or damage caused by normal wear and tear. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement of products, refund of purchase price, or repair, as required under the ACL.

Health & Safety Disclaimer: Our heated apparel must be used according to instructions. Do not dismantle or modify heating elements or batteries. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or liquid while in operation. It is the user's responsibility to read and follow all product manuals and safety instructions prior to use.

8. Limitation of Liability

Except as required under the ACL, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or savings) arising from your use of our website or products.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VentureTemp Pty Ltd (ABN 64 683 897 752) and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or demand (including legal fees) made by a third party due to your breach of these Terms, misuse of our products, or violation of any law or rights of a third party.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labour strikes, pandemics, transport disruptions, or supply chain failures.
